Anna-Maria, the hostess, skillfully prepared breakfast each morning with locally sourced ingredients, showcasing her culinary prowess through delectable homemade cakes and fresh organic produce. Each bite told a story of the region's flavors. The suite itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a Nespresso machine that encouraged leisurely mornings. It was a good surprise to discover our room boasted access to a serene back garden, where friendly dogs added a touch of warmth. I also appreciated the secure space for my bicycle, important for my solo travels. My experience at Villa Dei Calchi was marked by a sense of comfort and a delicious taste of Italy's culinary artistry. I look forward to revisiting this charming B&B.
